Interim Management Services
An additional service that is offered by Essex Golf is The Interim Management Service(IMS). The service is designed to assist clubs that are currently being marketed for sale and that are in need of immediate temporary management assistance during the transition. Our Interim Manager will manage the club during the period when the Club is most in need of competent and detail oriented hands-on management. During this period, the Interim Manager will be well aware of the circumstances surrounding the possible sale of the property and will assist both Essex Golf and the owner with presentation and marketing of the facility.
